Welcome to the A Bit Better blog. I have created this blog in order to share my thoughts and tips and knowledge with all of you my dear readers!

For many years now, I have been reading many different types of blogs and I love the creativity and sense of community that comes with blogging and I have finally taken the plunge to create a lifestyle blog that will hopefully be enjoyed by all kinds of people from all walks of life.

I am passionate about a wide range of topics that have to do with everyday life including physical and mental health, academics, skincare, and spirituality.

The main mission of this blog is to help you my dear readers by creating posts that include lifestyle tips and knowledge. Some of these posts will come from my own experience and knowledge and others will be curated from expert and/or very reliable sources.

Although I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology I do not consider myself an expert on any particular topic. However, my goal is to choose topics that will make the lives of my readers a bit better. After choosing topics to post about my goal is to go through a lot of the material that is out there on the internet and in books and summarize the most important parts in a simple and easy to read post. I truly feel that my mission will be successful if eventually I can make the life of just one person a little bit better!
